Mounting the D-113d
Place the D-113d on a strong supporting structure or cart. Carts can be useful when
moving a projector during a presentation or from site to site. If possible, lock the wheels
when it’s in position to prevent it from being moved during a presentation.
Take special care if using a mobile cart; avoid sudden stops, force and uneven surfaces
that may cause the top-heavy cart to lurch and overturn. Make sure your mounting
structure is reasonably level, then adjust one or more projector feet as necessary to
fine-tune.
Adjusting the Feet For installations on a floor or suitable supporting structure, the projector should rest firmly
on its feet. To adjust the height and level of the projector, extend or retract the feet by
rotating them.

Installing the Primary
Projection Lenses
The projection lenses are shipped separately from the projector. Proceed as follows to
install the primary projection lenses:
1. Remove the decorative front jewelry around the lens cavity.
2. Remove the lens plug from the lens opening in the projector.
3. Remove the rear cap from the lens. (Keep the front lens cap on the projection lens to
protect it from damage during the installation process.)
4. Rotate the lens clamp to the OPEN position.
Do not attempt to invert, tilt or ceiling-mount the D-113d.
The projector must be mounted horizontally and cannot be
turned upside down.
WARNING
Never operate this projector without a lens. The lens seals the
projector, preventing contaminants from entering the interior of the
projector.
